A Little About Moi

I’m a seasoned apparel designer, graphic designer and entrepreneur based in Venice, CA with over 15 years experience in retail, apparel and brand innovation. I hold a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an A.A. from FIDM which has provided me with a solid foundation for industry discourse and mechanics.

As a womens designer, I’ve worked on a wide range of categories from technical outerwear to denim to swim. Having designed for both domestic and overseas manufacturing, I’ve developed a thorough yet scrappy acumen for getting 👏 shit 👏 made 👏 .

In 2020, I decided to take a step back from full time employment and scratch my entrepreneurial itch. In addition to a freelance career, I am the founder of Bonks & Perirose, two separate entities in different categories, target markets and sales strategies. With Swiss Army Knife capabilities, I control the branding, marketing, collateral, website development and manufacturing. It has been the highlight of my career and has taught me more than I could ever learn working within the walls of product creation and business management. I’ve grown to become more aware of the entire development process, from concept to completion to strategy to raising capital.

On a typical day you can find me hugging my kids, walking my dog, sipping my bottomless coffee, and plugging away in my lil office casita.
